I really do, I love love love lifting weights! My normal routine is Upper Monday, Lower Tuesday, off Wednesday, Upper Thursday, and Lower Friday.
I throw in some cardio via Turbo Jam or Elliptical or somthing and I am going to also incorperate yoga starting this week.
I'm impressed! Send me some of your determination! I need it!

ReplyDeleteNo. I always do basic compound moves (heavy) and add accessory moves to what I think needs work.

DeleteThat is terrific! My weight routine is ..feed sacks,hay..escaped goats ..the list goes on,lol! Not as good as regular exercise routine though.I always admire folks who can make exercise a part of their life everyday!
