I had a very good time taking my first Areal Yoga class last Saturday and I plan on taking another this Saturday.
In fact. I have decided to get my 200 hour yoga certification. Classes will start in January and it will take me about a year to complete.
This has been a dream for me for a long time and now that I am 40 there is no better time than the present. It was my plan to teach yoga after I retire in 9 years BUT if all goes well I might just retire early and follow by bliss.
I've never heard of arial yoga before! Looks neat (and hard). Good for you for following your dream!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! It was a challenge but so much fun.
DeleteYay.. how wonderful..beautiful pics..and many congrats..follow your bliss!!

DeleteFirst I ever heard of areal yoga, I do normal yoga once, twice a week though. Nothing like following ones bliss
ReplyDeleteOh its wonderful! If you can find a class near you give it a try!
DeleteYoga, can't really say it's for me. I might consider taking it for a month just to get more flexible.
ReplyDeleteThen I can do deadlifts better.
You should try it.
DeleteI still love my gym time. Tons of squats and DL's
