I Stink!

I've been a really bad blogger lately and I am very sorry. Work has been crazy busy and I am trying to work out on a regular basis now so time is.....well I run out of it frankly. Anyway, I wanted to share my humble alter with you because, well you are awesome and I like to share with awesome people. Well, here it is....its nothing fancy and it gives me a lot of comfort.

Workout

Monday I started using my Turbo Fire DVD's again. I am doing a hybrid so to speak and incorporating yoga and weights with it.

Last night was a 15 minute HITT and I added:

Leg Press
Bench Press
Leg Extension
Military Press
 Lat Pull Downs

Today is a rest day (thank Goddess)

I gave the Veggie/Vegan thing an honest try and I have come to the conclusion I like meat. I just need to get it from a organic/humane source.
