Workout

Monday I started using my Turbo Fire DVD's again. I am doing a hybrid so to speak and incorporating yoga and weights with it.

Last night was a 15 minute HITT and I added:

Leg Press
Bench Press
Leg Extension
Military Press
 Lat Pull Downs

Today is a rest day (thank Goddess)

I gave the Veggie/Vegan thing an honest try and I have come to the conclusion I like meat. I just need to get it from a organic/humane source.
