Areal Yoga

I had a very good time taking my first Areal Yoga class last Saturday and I plan on taking another this Saturday.

In fact. I have decided to get my 200 hour yoga certification. Classes will start in January and it will take me about a year to complete.

This has been a dream for me for a long time and now that I am 40 there is no better time than the present. It was my plan to teach yoga after I retire in 9 years BUT if all goes well I might just retire early and follow by bliss.

  4. Yoga, can't really say it's for me. I might consider taking it for a month just to get more flexible.

Then I can do deadlifts better.
