Easy Peasy Wrap and Kayaking!

Start out with a Flat Out Wrap

Spread on a Little Tribe (flavor of your choice)

Add some yummy spinach

And some cheese

Then turkey (or meat of your choice....or not)

Then some Light Balsamic 

Wrap it up and enjoy!!!!!

Speaking of Kayaking!

I took my new kayak out for the first time Saturday and I wanted to share a few pictures!

Bacon Cups!

I tried this very simple recipe and wanted to share.

First I too Canadian bacon and placed it in the paper liner (that will never use again). Then added an egg and then parmesan cheese. I baked it on 375 till the eggs were done. The were very good and I can't wait to bake them again. Maybe Sunday before kayaking?

This has about 8 red Lilly type flowers in it.
