Bacon Cups!

I tried this very simple recipe and wanted to share.

First I too Canadian bacon and placed it in the paper liner (that will never use again). Then added an egg and then parmesan cheese. I baked it on 375 till the eggs were done. The were very good and I can't wait to bake them again. Maybe Sunday before kayaking?

  3. Fine but the paper stuck to the bacon so I will just put it directly in the muffin cups next time.
