Juicing

I love to juice. Here is my favorite recipe.

This is the juicer my sweet friend sent me when mine died. I love it!

I use beets (including the greens), celery, cucumber, carrots, apple, and ginger root.

I add a half teaspoon of Moringa to every jar.

I end up with about a half gallon of juice and then I fill it the rest of the way with purified water.

It yields  12 small jars of yummy goodness. I keep them in the freezer until I am ready to drink it.

  2. I have never tried juicing, maybe I should, better for me than pop! And I get sick of water after about the 3 bottle every day! LOL But will have to get a juicer first. And the recipe actually sounds good!

    1. It pretty good. It takes some time with prepping the fruits and veggies and the putting it all into the jars but if you do it in big batches and freeze them its is so worth it, I try to drink about a gallon of water along with it but I know what you mean.
