Oh what a wonderful day! I am so very proud of myself. I woke up bright and early and did my Om Yoga and Meditation DVD before work. Here is my meditation chair.
Work went SMOOOOOTH! The day ended before I knew it! Then it was home to hit the weights! (remember my schedule?)
It went something like:
Squats: Barbell 55 lbs. 8/8/10
Incline DB Press: 20 lbs. each 8/8/8
Standing Calf Raises : Barbell 55 lbs. 20/20/20
Stiff Leg Dead Lifts: 55 lbs. 10/10/10
Seated Shoulder Press: DB 10 lbs. 10/10/10
Lat Pull Down: 100 lbs. 10/10/10 (instead of pull ups and I should have gone heavier)
Eats went a little something like this:
Breakfast- 1 egg, 2 egg whites, and 2% sharp cheddar
Snack- Multigrain chips and hummus
Lunch- (see pic)
That is broiled salmon, green beans, and brown rice with a little low sodium soy sauce.
Afternoon snack-White bean and ham chili (small cup)
Supper and PWO meal- Beef tataki and a carafe of sake (I know I know I could have gone with out the sake but it was good darnit!)
